I bought them at a very low price and resold them at a higher price by putting them on Craiglist and eBay. There is no reason why you can’t do the same thing.

swamp buggy race salesman
What on earth is that?
When I was a young boy my parents would go to swamp buggy races.
While my parents were inside the racing area watching the swamp buggies do their thing, I would approach a hotdog vendor and ask him if I could sell his hotdogs to the people watching the races.
He couldn’t leave his stand but I could go where the people were.
He would not give me a special deal. I tried. Maybe he didn't like the idea of kids making money from his hotdogs.
He was selling these hot dogs for 25 cents apiece (this was many years ago) right from his hot dog stand. I had to buy the hot dogs from him at 25 cents each, but I sold them for 35 cents each inside the stadium.
I would walk up and down the aisles shouting Hotdogs! Hotdogs! Get your great tasting hotdogs for only 35 cents!
I made quite a few dollars in sales and tips that day and I also got to see the races at the same time. I did the same thing whenever we would go to other festivals and celebrations.
You might not be able to do this nowadays because of the safety issues but the idea is the same. Ideas for how kids can make money are all around, you just have to keep your eyes and mind open to them.
Finding out way for how kids can make money means just looking around.
