have a batch of cookies available for an extra $1 per cookie
have candy bars available that you buy wholesale and sell retail
have apples or other fruit for sale
offer protein bars for sale if you are near a sports event
give them a flyer showing all the other service work you will do for extra income (if that is ok with your parents)

Ahhh, the smell of fresh baked muffins!
Brainstorm it:
these can be sold at the lemonade stand as a bonus
have a muffin stand and sell lemonade as a bonus
offer healthy whole grain muffins at a higher price
they can be delivered Saturday morning to local customers homes for breakfast

you can find out your customers favorite recipe and make that

grow the flowers yourself
have a local florist you can buy them from
let your brother or sister grow some flowers for extra money
you can find out your customers favorite flower and deliver that

provide the husband flowers for special dates
offer to take care of other plants that they have

Kids and grownups think ballon animals are cool but they don't know how to make them. You do and if you don't know how... you can learn!
Brainstorm it:
you can put together groups of balloons for parties
you can learn how to make balloon animals and sell them for parties
teach other kids (for a fee) how to make balloon animals
team up with another kid that knows magic tricks for kids parties
could you sell balloon animals at your lemonade stand? Maybe... you won't know if you don't try.
